Crew Chief: Four volunteers over the age of 21 with festival experience are needed
for each shift to assist, supervise and support all other volunteer teams and helpers.
General Services Crew: Volunteers in this area will be responsible for keeping the musicians, volunteers and sales tent stocked as needed. You must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. while moving cases of soda, water and bags of ice, pick up full trash bags, replace them in the containers and take the full ones to a designated area. You may also be asked to help vendors and musicians move items from the entrance to their areas. This job can be hot, dirty and sweaty, though in your downtime, the volunteer staging area is shady and breezy. And this is a great work-out!
Product Sales: This job include selling t-shirts and CD's of the performing bands as well as monitoring merchandise to ensure against theft. Volunteers may be on their feet during the entire shift.
Festival Ambassadors: We will need four per shift to walk the grounds, answer festival questions, give directions and direct other volunteers to work their stations. These volunteers should be energetic, friendly and helpful. You will have the freedom to move around the entire grounds or stand at the entrances.
Musicians/VIP Tent: Volunteers in this area will be responsible for offering beverages and snacks, maintaining the cleanliness of the area and restocking items as needed. Must be 21 since alcohol will be served and ID's checked
Site Crew: These volunteers will assist in setting up and tearing down the Festival. These volunteers should be available on Friday night, before and/or at the beginning and the end of the day on Saturday and Sunday and after closing on Sunday night. Some lifting and use of tools may be required. You will assist in setting up and taking down tents, tables, chairs, signs, fencing, etc. You may be needed to assist vendors in setting up, taking down and hauling merchandise. You will need to be at the site early for setup and/or stay late for take down.
Volunteer Liaison: This role includes assisting with volunteer interactions, check-ins, VIP tent, handing out volunteer badges and drink coupons, snacks and water, etc. Please expect these shifts to begin 30-45 minutes prior to the normal shift times to help prepare for volunteer check-in.
Floaters: Volunteers over the age of 21 with prior festival experience will work where assigned and will be needed in various festival areas including the dance area, children's area, clan tents area, dog areas, sheep herding area, farmers market, demonstrations areas, vendors, etc.

If you have specific times you want to work, match them up with the shifts you want to work. Please note that several volunteer jobs will have different timing needs--this is indicated in the description. The volunteer coordinators will contact you to confirm scheduled times.
